Aftermarket Parts Coordinator — Manages the procurement, inventory, and distribution of aftermarket parts and components. Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify parts requirements, ensures timely fulfillment of customer orders, and maintains accurate records. Provides technical support and product information to customers, coordinates with suppliers for parts availability, and facilitates returns and warranty claims to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Application Engineer — Provides estimating services and manages the proposal creation process to support customer acquisition and retention. Conducts initial reviews of customer specifications, communicates with clients to ensure the winning scope is selected, and collaborates with engineering teams to select materials, instruments, and equipment. Evaluates bid specifications, composes P&IDs, sizes system components, and reviews commercial conditions.
Assistant Project Engineer — Supports multidisciplinary engineering teams by developing project documentation, assisting with process skid assembly construction, and supporting factory acceptance testing. Creates assembly and operating instructions, assists with purchasing and manufacturing activities, and provides site support for troubleshooting and startups.
Controls Engineer — As part of a multidisciplinary project team, the Controls Engineer at SAMCO focuses on industrial automation programming for chemical process equipment control within water and wastewater treatment systems. Key responsibilities include developing PLC/HMI applications using Rockwell Studio 5000, designing Ethernet industrial networks, and supporting factory acceptance testing.
Controller — Oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensures compliance with accounting standards. Supports strategic decision-making by providing accurate financials.
Drafting Engineer — Prepares detailed engineering drawings, including P&IDs, structural layouts, and process flow diagrams, using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor. Collaborates with engineering teams to support project documentation, equipment design, and assembly instructions. Assists with bill of materials creation, procurement, and manufacturing activities. Ensures accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.
Electrical Designer — Responsible for developing PLC based control panel and low voltage motor starter panel wiring schematics, panel layout drawings, and bills of material, support purchasing and manufacturing activities related to assembly construction, perform factory acceptance testing and troubleshooting of shop fabricated units.
Facilities Maintenance Technician — Performs routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation. Supports overall facility upkeep to maintain a safe and functional environment.
Mechanical Designer — Responsible for developing process plant and structural steel skid mounted unit assembly drawings and plant general arrangement drawings using Autodesk Inventor, develop assembly bill of materials, support purchasing and manufacturing activities related to assembly construction, develop assembly field installation instructions.
Mechanical Engineer — Responsible for developing detailed mechanical and structural designs on a project-to-project basis. Responsibilities include execution of detailed design activities as well as technical oversight of Mechanical Designers to complete detailed design activities.
Plant Process Engineer — Responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing processes for water and wastewater treatment facilities. Conducts process analysis and troubleshooting to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Monitors system performance and implements process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Project Process Engineer — Develops process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and mass balances; specifies and selects process equipment and instruments; supports factory testing, on-site startups, and operator training; prepares O&M manuals; and provides ongoing technical support for water and wastewater treatment systems. Ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Safety and Quality Technician — Supports workplace safety and quality assurance initiatives by conducting inspections, audits, and testing. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Assists in the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.
Sales Representative — Drives business growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting product presentations, and negotiating contracts.
Senior Project Manager — Oversees project execution by managing vendors, materials procurement, and project documentation. Ensures timely shipment and receipt of goods, monitors material usage, and maintains project schedules, costs, and communication. Serves as the primary liaison between departments, reviews customer contracts, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
